There are times when our developers have to sign in to your Gmail Apps account in order for us to perform necessary changes to your website. In some cases, due to multiple logins, Gmail's security detects that there might be an abnormal amount of login to your account and enforce a security challenge to prevent our developers to login. This causes delay on updates and edits since we have to contact you for the Google Security Code and we'll have to go back and forth before we can finally complete the changes. In such cases, we request for you to disable the login challenge temporarily.
Please note that only administrator can temporarily turn off the login challenge.
- Sign in to the Google Admin console.
- Find the user account that is used to login.
- Click the row for the user account to display the user information page.
- Click Security.
- Click Login challenge.
- Click Turn Off For 10 Minutes.
- The login challenges will be off for 10 minutes to allow the user to sign in.
You can also change the user's password to grant access to a session that is locked because the user can’t verify their identity.
