There are two options to do when your storage limit for your Gmail account has reached its quota:

  1. Clear some space by deleting emails
  2. Upgrade to business level account

To Free Some Space
  1. Login to your Gmail Account
  2. In the Search box, type "has:attachment larger:10M", then click Search.
         Note: Replace "10" with a higher number to delete larger files.
  3. Manually select emails you want to delete
  4. Click Delete
  5. On the left side of the page, click More and go to the Trash folder.
  6. At the top, click Empty Trash now
         Note: This will permanently delete the emails you selected, so make sure that you are only selecting the ones you know you don't need
  7. Go back to the left side of the page and go to the Spam folder. If you don't see Spam, click More.
  8. At the top, click Delete all spam messages now. Or you can manually select specific emails and click Delete forever.    
To Update to Business Level Account
