1. Login to PicMonkey.com
   
2. Click Edit and upload image or Drag image to the Edit icon
   
3. Click Resize and set the size to 300 x 400 and click Apply
   
4. Select Crop and make box 300 x 400 and position to desired image and click Apply.
   
5. Click Save on the top bar and click Save to my computer
   

Note: Choose "JPG" instead of the default "PNG"

Note: The desired size for images is 300 x 400 pixels
